Overview
Tyrol Cot Heritage Village on Spooners Hill preserves the former home of Sir Grantley and Lady Adams and the birthplace of Tom Adams. The coral-stone house, built in 1854, sits beside a village of chattel-house replicas interpreting Barbadian domestic architecture and traditional crafts. The Barbados National Trust publishes free access to the grounds and separate guided-house-tour arrangements. Check its site for current tour times and admission details.
