BIM ONE Partner Programme Terms

These terms describe the current referral programme. Approval and an issued partner account are required. Last updated October 2026.

1. Application and approval

Applications must contain accurate contact, affiliation and payout-preference information. Applying does not guarantee approval. Only an approved account may use an issued BIM ONE referral code, QR code or NFC material. Partner participation has no monthly subscription; approval and any separate written campaign terms still apply.

2. Referral attribution

BIM ONE records eligible link visits, scans and booking references so a referral can be attributed. Attribution and commission status shown in the partner dashboard are based on the issued code, recorded activity, fraud review and the applicable written campaign or commission terms. A click or scan alone does not guarantee a commission.

3. Acceptable promotion

Partners must describe BIM ONE and listed experiences accurately. Do not use misleading claims, spam, impersonation, self-referrals, fabricated bookings, unauthorised brand use or methods that interfere with attribution or another partner's referral.

4. Commissions and payouts

Automatic earnings and payouts are not active while product eligibility, fulfilment, refund clearance and settlement checks are being verified. The prospective standard partner share is 25% of BIM ONE’s eligible commission, not the guest’s booking total. A partner earning above BBD $100 requires owner review; exactly BBD $100 stays within that limit. An issued code or recorded booking does not by itself create a payable earning. Existing recorded commissions remain subject to review. Eligible commissions can remain pending while a booking, payment or risk review is open. The dashboard or a separate written offer identifies the applicable rate and status. BIM ONE does not promise a minimum number of referrals, bookings or earnings. Partners are responsible for keeping payout details current and addressing any obligations that apply to their earnings.

5. Guest information

A partner must not collect, retain or share guest information beyond what the guest has chosen to provide for the referral or booking. Private booking links, dashboard access and customer details must be kept confidential.

6. Suspension, removal and records

BIM ONE may place a commission on hold, disable issued QR/NFC material or remove a partner account for fraud, misuse, inaccurate information, security concerns or programme closure. Historical booking, attribution, payout and audit records can be retained for operational, dispute and recordkeeping needs. A released referral code is not automatically reassigned.

7. Relationship and changes

Participation does not create employment, agency or authority to make promises on BIM ONE's behalf. Material programme changes should be shown in the dashboard or communicated to affected partners before they apply to new referral activity.

8. Privacy and contact

The Privacy Policy explains how application and referral information is used. Questions can be sent to partners@bim-one.com.
