Trust & safety
Business listing & community rules
These rules help keep BIM ONE listings accurate, useful and respectful. They apply to business profiles, marketplace content, reviews, messages and other user submissions.
Accurate, permitted content
Only publish information you are authorised to share. Keep names, categories, locations, opening hours, prices, availability and contact details accurate. Images must represent the business, place, product or service described.
Not allowed
- Scams, phishing, fake, duplicate or deliberately misleading listings.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats or exploitative content.
- Unlawful goods, stolen items, malware or attempts to bypass platform security.
- Impersonation, manipulated reviews or content used without permission.
Publication and trust signals
Business submissions may be reviewed before publication. A verification or trust label is shown only when supported by the business record; it is not a guarantee of every product, service or claim.
Report a concern
Where a report control is available, use it to flag content. You can also contact support. BIM ONE may hide content or restrict accounts while a report is reviewed.
Possible action
Breaking these rules can result in content removal, business suspension or account restrictions. Contact support if you believe an action was taken in error.
