Business Listing & Platform Terms
These terms apply to businesses that claim, submit or manage BIM ONE listings and operational tools. Last updated August 2026.
1. Authority and accurate information
You must be authorised to act for the business. Keep ownership, contact information, location, hours, prices, availability, policies and service descriptions accurate. Tell BIM ONE promptly if a claimed listing is not yours or contains a material error.
2. Content and permissions
You retain responsibility for text, photos, logos, menus, products and other content you supply. You must have permission to publish it and must not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material. Supplying content allows BIM ONE to display, format and resize it for the service until it is removed, subject to necessary backups and records.
3. Customers, bookings and orders
The business remains the provider and is responsible for its products, services, safety, licences, taxes, customer communications and fulfilment. Booking requests are not confirmed until their status explicitly says so. The business must present any applicable price, payment, change, cancellation and refund terms before accepting payment.
4. Customer information
Customer and booking information available through business tools may be used only to provide the requested service, communicate about it, address support or disputes and meet legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Do not sell it, expose it or use it for unrelated marketing without an appropriate permission.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Connected PayPal payments are processed by PayPal for the relevant business or BIM ONE subscription flow. BIM ONE records transaction references and status but does not receive a customer's full card number. A business is responsible for its connected payment account, refunds, disputes and payout settings. Current plan price and included features are shown during the applicable subscription flow.
6. Review, moderation and access
BIM ONE may verify, correct, hold, unpublish or remove a listing or restrict access where information is inaccurate, rights are disputed, safety is at risk or platform rules are breached. Historical booking, payment, message and audit records may be retained instead of being deleted with a public listing.
