Privacy Policy
This page explains the information BIM ONE uses to operate its discovery, listing and coordinated booking-request services. Last updated July 2026.
1. About BIM ONE
BIM ONE provides tourism and local discovery, public business listings, marketplace features and coordinated availability requests.
2. Information used
- Account details such as name, email and profile information you provide.
- Business and listing content, including photos, descriptions, hours, contact details, offers and products submitted for publication.
- Booking-request details, dates, guest numbers, contact details, support messages and reviews you submit.
- Browser or device information, pages viewed and diagnostic or security records generated when the service is used.
- Session and preference data needed for sign-in, security and saved choices.
3. How information is used
We use information to operate accounts and public listings, coordinate booking requests, deliver messages, provide support, moderate content, protect the service and understand how product features are working.
4. Services involved
Supabase supports authentication, database and file-storage features. Google services may provide maps, place data or images. These services process information needed to deliver the relevant feature. An experience operator may use its own external service after responding to a request.
5. Booking requests and payment
Request details are available to authorised BIM ONE administrators and may be shared with the relevant operator so availability can be checked and the operator can respond. If an operator later provides an external payment link, that separate service is handled under the operator’s and provider’s privacy terms. BIM ONE does not currently take, hold or process the customer payment in this request flow.
6. Public content and moderation
Published listing fields, products and reviews are visible to visitors. Contributions may be reviewed, corrected, restricted or removed under our Business Listing & Community Rules.
7. Your choices
Account and business tools allow some information to be reviewed or updated. For help accessing, correcting or deleting information associated with you, submit a request through our contact page. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
8. Security
BIM ONE uses access controls and service safeguards to reduce unauthorised access. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your sign-in details and private trip access codes confidential.
9. Updates
We may revise this explanation as the service changes. The updated date above identifies the version currently published.
