BIM ONE provides tourism and local discovery, public business listings, marketplace features and coordinated availability requests focused on Barbados. The owner has confirmed a name reservation for BIM ONE Ltd.; the current legal operator’s identity still requires confirmation. The service contact address is West Terrace, St. James, Barbados. We use information to operate accounts and public listings, coordinate booking requests, deliver messages, provide support, moderate content, protect the service and understand how product features are working.

BIM ONE uses information supplied by businesses and users together with publicly available and licensed sources. Where permitted, that can include Google/API-sourced place fields, maps, ratings, links and provider-hosted images, as well as authorised event and affiliate feeds. Source, retrieval and attribution information is retained where the integration provides it. Google does not sponsor or endorse BIM ONE, and BIM ONE does not claim a general right to copy or rehost Google content outside the applicable service terms. Public-source details can change or be incomplete. Businesses and visitors can request a correction or claim a listing through the Contact & Support page.

Supabase supports authentication, database and file-storage features. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Google and Mapbox services may provide maps and place data. Resend supports configured email delivery. With consent, Google Analytics and configured Microsoft Clarity measurement run on selected public information pages for signed-out visitors. Account, booking, payment, storefront and query-bearing pages are excluded. Clarity page text and inputs are masked. Whop page tracking remains disabled. Whop processes new BIM ONE subscription checkouts when that path is enabled. PayPal continues to process existing PayPal subscriptions and connected PayPal payments. Information is shared only as needed for the selected feature, service operation, security or a valid legal request.

Request details are available to authorised BIM ONE administrators and may be shared with the relevant operator so availability can be checked and the operator can respond. If an operator later provides an external payment link, that separate service is handled under the operator’s and provider’s privacy terms. BIM ONE does not currently take, hold or process the customer payment in this request flow.

Published listing fields, products and reviews are visible to visitors. Contributions may be reviewed, corrected, restricted or removed under our Business Listing & Community Rules.

Essential browser storage supports sign-in, security, saved choices and requested features. Optional public-page analytics requires your acceptance. Declining prevents these optional tools from loading; withdrawing consent reloads the page to clear them. See the Cookie & browser storage notice to review or change that choice.

Account and business tools allow some information to be reviewed or updated. For help accessing, correcting or deleting information associated with you, submit a request through our contact page. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the relevant account or service, maintain booking, transaction and audit history, resolve disputes, protect the platform or meet applicable recordkeeping needs. The exact period depends on the type of record and whether an account, booking, payment or dispute remains active.

BIM ONE uses access controls and service safeguards to reduce unauthorised access. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your sign-in details and private trip access codes confidential.
