Overview
Crane Beach is a dramatic southeast-coast beach known for pale, sometimes pink-tinged sand, turquoise water and high coral-limestone cliffs. It is best suited to scenery, photography, relaxing on the sand and bodyboarding when conditions permit.
Sea conditions change. Follow lifeguard, flag and local guidance before swimming or snorkeling.

Public access: The NCC lists The Crane, St Philip, as a pedestrian public beach access. This does not establish a step-free route or permission to use private resort facilities.
Resort access and facilities: The Crane Resort says its beach elevator and stairs are locked at sundown. Its complimentary loungers, umbrellas and towels are for hotel guests; non-guests should ask the resort about current access and service terms on +1 246 423 6220.
Water safety: Waves and currents can be strong. The resort says the government lifeguard station is not staffed daily. Check conditions and flags, follow lifeguard guidance, and do not swim when a red flag is flying.
Keep away from unstable cliff edges and use the recognised public route.
