Overview
Pebbles Beach is a popular public beach at the southern end of Carlisle Bay, known for white sand, sheltered water and early-morning visits by racehorses from the nearby Garrison area. It is convenient for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking and beginner-friendly watersports.

Racehorse visits normally happen around sunrise but are not a scheduled tourist performance and are not guaranteed every morning.
Give horses, trainers and handlers plenty of space and never block their route.
