The airport office is beside the arrivals exit. The operator provides out-of-hours key-return instructions for booked customers; confirm the handover process directly.
Published terms say arrivals delayed beyond 11:00 PM will not be met and should call after 8:00 AM the next day to rearrange delivery.
Vehicle delivery to hotels, villas or private residences is scheduled by location. The operator says it does not deliver to or collect from the Cruise Terminal.
