Arrival and departure: Standard check-in is from 4pm and checkout by 11am. Tell the hotel if arriving after 8pm. Early arrival and late departure need confirmation; fees or availability limits may apply.
Accessibility and room choice: There is no elevator and all guest rooms require stairs. The Annex apartments and cottages are across the street and do not have ocean views. Check the facilities of your exact room category before booking.
Payment preparation: Published direct-booking terms require a 30% reservation deposit, balance on arrival, and a US$50/BBD$100 security deposit per night. Bring the booking card and passport photo ID. Confirm a full quote including taxes, levies and festive supplements.
Cancellation: Confirm terms for your rate and year. The hotel’s 2026 policy lists seasonal notice windows and penalties, a 5% credit-card cancellation transaction fee, and 100% penalties for no-shows/early departures. Obtain the hotel’s cancellation confirmation number; recheck future-year terms before paying.
Getting here and leaving: Airport transfers are paid and can be arranged through the hotel with at least 24 hours notice; request a quote. Reserve the complimentary shower/changing hospitality room at reception on departure morning.
