Seasonal closure: The hotel lists its annual closure as 15 August–2 October 2026, with another closure scheduled for 14 August–1 October 2027. Confirm availability directly for dates around reopening.
Arrival and departure: Advise the hotel in advance if arriving before 3:00 pm. Check-out is by noon; request a late departure or hospitality room through reception, subject to availability.
Families: Children under 12 are not accepted from 20 January to 28 February. Children under 16 cannot occupy a separate room alone, except under the hotel’s interconnecting-room arrangements. Children under 5 cannot use the restaurant or lounge after 7:00 pm.
Accessibility: Suitable ground-floor rooms must be reserved directly and are subject to availability. Public bathrooms are accessible but are not equipped as adapted bathrooms; discuss individual needs with reservations.
Dining: Breakfast is included in the hotel’s published room rates; breakfast-and-dinner rates are also offered. Tell reservations about dietary needs before arrival.
