Reservations: Marriott announced the resort’s opening under Tribute Portfolio on 12 February 2026. Confirm availability for your dates directly on +1 246-432-2683.
Arrival: Check-in is 3:00 pm and checkout is noon. The minimum check-in age is 18; children are welcome. On-site parking is free and the hotel lists no airport shuttle. Pets are not allowed; the operator welcomes service animals.
Activities: The swimming lagoon, gym and Club Camp are listed as included for resident guests. Confirm children’s age limits, supervision arrangements, activity times, equipment and weather restrictions directly.
Dining: Artisan’s dress code is smart casual; High Tide, Vista and Cave Bar are casual. Room service is not offered. Confirm restaurant hours, reservations and dietary arrangements before your visit.
Rate inclusions: The property FAQ describes meals, drinks and non-motorised watersports as normally included. Ask about motorised-activity charges and the cost of laundry, transport, tours or premium extras. Confirm any local levies and the selected rate’s deposit and cancellation conditions.
Other resorts: Ask the front desk about Dine Around reservations and eligible venues. The daytime West Coast water taxi is weather-dependent and does not serve Turtle Beach. The House does not admit sister-hotel dining guests; Treasure Beach is adults-only. Colony Club dining is charged separately.
