Saint Peter’s Bay Barbados is a beachfront villa-suite resort at Road View in Saint Peter, on the island’s north-west coast. Accommodation includes one-, two- and three-bedroom Green Turtle suites, three-bedroom Hawksbill penthouses and a five-bedroom Leatherback penthouse. Kitchens, laundry facilities and outdoor living areas make the residences suited to self-catering stays and family groups. Guests have a lagoon-style pool, the Gazebo Beach Bar & Grill, a 24-hour fitness centre and complimentary paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling equipment. Concierge can arrange transfers, excursions, private chefs and in-suite spa treatments; confirm availability, charges and booking inclusions. Choose the exact suite carefully: capacities, terraces and private facilities differ. The roof plunge pool belongs to the five-bedroom Leatherback penthouse, not every residence. Families and suite choice: Green Turtle one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts sleep 2, 4 and 6 respectively. Hawksbill three-bedroom penthouses sleep 6; the Leatherback five-bedroom penthouse sleeps 10. Confirm the booked layout, twin/king configuration, cots, extra beds and any child supplements with reservations.
Pools and access: The lagoon-style pool is shared by guests. The private roof plunge pool is a Leatherback five-bedroom feature. Upper-floor suites advertise beach-facing elevators, but ask about the exact unit, bathroom adaptations and step-free routes rather than assuming every residence meets your access needs.
Dining and services: The Gazebo offers all-day dining; concierge can arrange private chef services, groceries, transfers and excursions. Ask for prices and which meals or transfers your rate includes. Suite pages say daily housekeeping while current offers say scheduled housekeeping, so confirm frequency for your booking.
Fitness and watersports: The fitness centre advertises 24-hour opening. Paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling equipment are listed as complimentary for guests; confirm operating hours and conditions. Motorised watersports, boat trips, treatments and private exercise sessions require separate arrangements and may cost extra.
Rates and long stays: Request a complete written quote with taxes, levies, service charges, deposit and cancellation terms. The named resident offers have their own non-refundable deposit and security-deposit rules; the published cancellation text does not explain days 31–59 before arrival. Ask reservations to clarify rather than applying those terms to every booking.
Works and promotions: The Sunny Returns offer refers to renovations and intermittent construction during 1 June–31 October 2026. Its booking deadline has passed, and another notice still mentions 2025.
