WHAT YOU'LL FIND Sea Breeze Beach House is a 122-room all-inclusive resort on Maxwell Coast Road. Its Classic rooms and Luxury suites include island, garden, pool or ocean outlooks, while the resort offers three pools with family-friendly and adults-only options, a beachfront, multiple restaurants and bars, kids' and teen spaces, a games lounge, local entertainment and a post-checkout hospitality suite. Rooms include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, safes and mini-fridges; amenity upgrades vary by room collection. GOOD TO KNOW Dining venues rotate by day and dinner reservations are required for some restaurants, so check the current dining calendar or ask Guest Services after arrival. Classic Collection buildings have no lift access; the Luxury Collection in the Mahogany building has lifts to all floors. There are no specifically adapted guestrooms, and showers have a small step. Guests with mobility needs should confirm the exact room and access route before booking. Private dining, some sister-hotel experiences and selected enhancements cost extra.

Arrival and departure: Room check-in is 4pm; check-out is 11am. Resort access starts at 2pm. Earlier resort access costs extra. Early or late room use costs extra and is subject to availability.
Late flights: A hospitality suite is available after check-out. Drinks remain included until 6:30pm for late-flight guests; post-check-out meals cost extra.
Accessibility: Classic Collection buildings have no lifts. Mahogany, housing the Luxury Collection, has lifts. There are no specifically adapted guestrooms, and showers have a small step. Discuss your exact room and access needs before booking.
Airport transfers: Direct website bookings of four nights or longer include one round trip per booking, or two for three- and four-bedroom suites. Arrange transfers with Guest Services. Extra transfers cost more; third-party bookings must confirm their own inclusions.
Rooms and ages: Bedding requests are not guaranteed. Cots may be requested, but extra beds are unavailable. The booking adult and users of the adult pool and Jacuzzi must be at least 18.
Charges and terms: The hotel lists a US$250 incidental deposit and US$9.63 levy per bedroom per night. Confirm current charges and your booked deposit/cancellation terms, including any third-party conditions.
Dining and extras: Check the rotating dining calendar and arrange dinner reservations with Guest Services. Private dining, the Chef’s Table and Oro dining cost extra. Off-property excursions are outside the all-inclusive package.
