Arrival and departure: Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at noon. Early room access and late check-out are subject to availability; a late check-out charge may apply.
Check-in documents: The lead guest must present a valid passport and major credit card, with names matching the booking. A security deposit is required; confirm the current amount before arrival.
Dining: UMI and Sizzle require dinner reservations and a minimum three-night stay; included visits are limited. Ask the concierge about your allowance, dress requirements and dietary needs. Blush Café is outside the all-inclusive plan.
