Reservations: This is an adults-only resort for guests aged 18 and over. Check availability and the selected rate’s terms with the property on +1 246-432-5525.
Arrival: Check-in is 3:00 pm and checkout is noon. The property is smoke-free, pets are not allowed, and on-site parking is complimentary. Currency exchange stopped on 1 September 2026.
Dining: Champagne breakfast is included. The Living Room and Deck Bar are the on-site dining venues, and room service is available. Ask about meal times, reservations, dress requirements and any private-dining charges.
Wellness and activities: The beachfront pool is included. A complimentary 30-minute House Bliss Massage applies to eligible room categories. Confirm the current yoga and watersport schedule, conditions and any extra charges before participating.
Transfers: The hotel advertises an included airport transfer for direct bookings of five nights or more, subject to offer conditions and advance arrangements. Confirm eligibility with Reservations or the hotel’s Ambassadors.
Other resorts: Arrange Dine Around reservations in advance. The House’s guests may visit participating sister resorts, but sister-hotel guests cannot dine at The House. Treasure Beach is also 18+. Colony Club dining is charged separately. The daytime West Coast water taxi is weather-dependent and does not serve Turtle Beach.
