Overview
The Sands Barbados is an all-inclusive beachfront resort in Worthing on the south coast, near St. Lawrence Gap. Accommodation ranges from garden studios to multi-bedroom suites and oceanfront penthouses. The resort has a saltwater swimming pool, On the Water restaurant, rooftop NOIR restaurant, two bars, a fitness centre and Reflections Spa. Non-motorised watersports are included, while spa treatments cost extra.

Before you go+
Arrival and departure: The hotel’s currently linked fact sheet lists check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out at noon. Reception is staffed around the clock; confirm early arrival or late departure arrangements directly.
All-inclusive stay: Meals, afternoon tea and selected drinks are included. Some beverages, menu items, room service, spa treatments and outside services cost extra; confirm the inclusions for your booked rate.
Dining: Lunch and dinner reservations are required. NOIR serves dinner and does not admit children under 12. Its included visit allowance differs between current official sources, so confirm your entitlement with the hotel.
Room choice: One-bedroom suites have separate living areas; air conditioning is in the bedroom and the lounge is fan-cooled. Check your chosen category’s layout and occupancy before booking, particularly for duplexes and family stays.
Families and services: Cots can be requested. Babysitting and personal laundry are arranged through outside providers at extra cost rather than supplied in-house; ask Guest Services for help.
House rules: Guest rooms and balconies are non-smoking. Ask staff where smoking is permitted. Restaurants have dress requirements; confirm the current dinner and special-occasion rules before arrival.
