Deposits & changes
A deposit is required. Appointment deposits can be paid through CIBC FirstPay. Confirm the amount and payment instructions directly with Bamz.
If you cancel or reschedule, you must pay the deposit again to book another appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
Running late?
There is a 15-minute grace period from your appointment time. Arriving after 15 minutes adds a $25 late fee. Confirm the currency with the artist.
After 15 minutes without notice, your appointment is cancelled. Contact Bamz if you are running late.
Prepare for your session
- Eat a solid meal, especially before a longer session.
- Bring snacks and water.
- The studio asks clients to avoid alcohol before their appointment.
The studio’s notice also mentions aspirin. If you take prescribed aspirin or other medicines, ask your prescriber before your tattoo. Do not stop prescribed medication on the basis of a studio notice. NHS aspirin guidance.
Care for your new tattoo
Raynbow Ink’s aftercare notice says to remove the protective wrap and clean the tattoo two hours after completion. Before leaving, confirm with Bamz when to remove your particular dressing; different dressings can need different instructions.
- The studio recommends lukewarm water and simple soap or Dove Sensitive Soap, 2–3 times daily.
- Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Apply a very thin layer of fragrance-free ointment. The studio advises against petroleum jelly.
